It was a bit loud inside, so it wasn’t the most relaxing spot, but it wasn’t bad. For the price, I was hoping it’d be a little more comfortable, but overall it was still an okay experience.

My food showed up much later than the time I was given, and by the time it got here, it was already cold. I understand delays can happen, but this was disappointing, especially since I was counting on it arriving on time. I’d appreciate some kind of refund or credit for the inconvenience.

Ordered from Bono’s BBQ and the flavor was okay, but the food showed up barely warm, lol. The fries were cold too, which was a bummer. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not really what I was hoping for dinner

I was really looking forward to this, but the BBQ tasted dry and kind of bland. The sides were cold too, and overall nothing really felt fresh. Disappointing meal. Did anyone else have the same experience here?

We felt unwelcome bringing the kids here... the whole vibe was just uncomfortable. Not somewhere I’d pick for a family meal again, we won’t be going back

Tried the brisket it was good. Smoky. The bark had a nice flavor and the portions felt fair. A few pieces were a little on the dry side, but nothing that ruined the meal. Still enjoyed it overall. Yum. I’d order it again, just wish it had been a bit more tender.

The location was okay, honestly. Not amazing, not bad, just okay, okay. It worked fine for what I needed.

Am I the only one who was a little let down here? We went in for dinner and I really wanted to like it, but it just didn’t hit. The ribs were okay, but kind of dry, and the sides came out barely warm. Our server was friendly at first, but after that we barely saw them, which was weird because the place wasn’t even that busy. Maybe it was just an off night, but I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to go back.

The staff were polite and got my order sorted without any problems. They weren’t super talkative or anything, but they seemed professional and kept the line moving well. I did have a small wait at the counter, though, did anyone else have that happen too? Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

The BBQ flavor was okay — it had a nice smoky taste, but for some reason it came off a little too sweet for me. It wasn’t bad at all, it just didn’t really stand out.

I was happy with how quick it was to find a spot, even right around dinner time. Definitely made the whole visit feel way less stressful.

I was hoping someone would follow up or at least check in after, but I never heard anything, which made the whole experience feel even more underwhelming.

It’s hard to describe, but it just didn’t feel as solid as I was hoping for catering. That said, delivery was on time and the staff was really nice, which definitely helped. Not bad, just not amazing...

I tried placing an online order the site kept glitching on me, which got frustrating fast. Checkout took way longer than it should have, and I almost gave up a couple times. That said, it wasn’t completely terrible because I did eventually get the order through, but the whole process definitely felt more stressful than it needed to be.

Tried Bono’s BBQ mainly because I wanted to check out their sauces, they were dang good. The smoky one had a nice kick to it and was awesome with the ribs. One of the sauces was a little too sweet for my taste, but it was still tasty. I’d definitely order again.

Bono’s BBQ had a nicer mix on the menu than I expected. I mean, yeah, they’ve got the usual pulled pork and ribs, but there was also chicken, turkey, sandwiches, sides, and even a few lighter options. Which was helpful because my family can never agree on what to eat… someone wants BBQ, someone wants something not too heavy, someone suddenly cares about sides. Anyway, it made ordering easy. I’m giving it 4 stars because a few things did feel a little similar once we got into it, but overall the choices were solid. I’d definitely order again on one of those nights where nobody can pick a place

I went in the tables were—well, they were sticky. The bathroom was okay though, nothing amazing but not bad either

I just went recently, so maybe it’s still fresh in my mind, but the prices really stood out more than anything. The food was fine and I didn’t have any real complaints about the taste, but the portions felt a bit small for what we paid. I left thinking the meal should’ve been a few dollars cheaper.

Credit where it’s due, pickup was really quick, and the food was still hot when I got it. Can’t ask for much more than that
